  Fantastic view of the mountains, great hot tubs to relax in after a busy day touring and firm comfortable beds. Even had wildlife in the front yard!

  The weather was unseasonable warm and we did not have a fan in our unit.

  The room was well designed, ultra-modern in concept, very quiet, and we were drawn to the spa facilities. Excellent location.

  The room was not made up when we went out for the day, thus had to call for towels and coffee replacement. Guests should not have to do that in a higher-priced resort such as this one is. Really needs a cafe or some kind of food service - consider the diabetic who needs to eat ( as my husband is).

  The office did not give the correct password to get on the interenet,she also did not give us the correct location of our room ,I drove around twice & had to go back to the office to get further instructions .

  This hotel was fabulous. We stayed in the executive king suite which had absolutely everything a person could want for in a hotel stay. The room was updated with a huge flat screen tv, a cozy gas fireplace, a nice sitting area with leather couch and table, and the best bathroom after a long day of hiking--a steam shower and incredible jacuzzi tub. And if that were not enough, it had a private patio with a postcard view of Mt Rundle. Highly, highly recommend.

  Nothing for us. However, for those with mobility issues, this hotel is not in the center of the city. It is a very easy 15-20 min walk to downtown on the way down, little tougher back up the hill on the way back. There is city bus service right outside the hotel for a nominal price that can take you just about anywhere in Banff. Enjoy!

  The bathroom had a steam shower and turbo jet bath

  Wifi did not work in our room as signal was not strong enough, the fridge did not work and we had to throwaway food as it took 2 days for the hotel to do something about it, and it stank!!!

  I really liked the value. Our 'room' was spacious with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and dining/living room. Very nice.

  2 of our 4 nights were interupted by very very loud guests in the parking lot. The first time it happened another guest asked them to pipe down - but this just egged them on into screaming with the intention of bothering others. Since there is no ac, and it was warm we needed out windows open. But the loud revelers made it hard to sleep. Since staff is on 24 hours than I think they should have taken the loud parties in hand and gotten the situation under control. The second time it happened, I tried calling the front desk and got no answer.

  Wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet, luxurious comfort. People were paying up to double the price for hotel rooms downtown that appeared noisy and a little rough looking. Book through Booked.net for huge saving and don't believe all the negatives about this resort. It really was a beautiful place and much nicer than we expected from the vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace to the heated floors and steam shower with jacuzzi. We would definitely stay there again. Two deer below our balcony in the evening was awsome

  Room location was 75 feet from a major banff street. Traffic noise was disturbing throughout the night.
